Are the paintings available for collection?

Yes, most of the paintings shown here are available for collection. Please write in to Inquiry(at) for availability and price information on specific pieces that interest you.

What is the return/refund policy?

We do not accept any request to return the painting or for a refund of money paid, except in the case where the painting is damaged during transit.

In this case, please furnish us with photographic evidence to initiate your request for return/refund within 03 days of receiving the painting. We may also request that the painting be shipped back to the artist at your own cost before a refund can be effected, depending on the requirement of the insurer.

Please note that due to lighting condition or the rendering of the colors on your computer screen, the actual work may look slightly different from the photographic representation shown on the website or that maybe sent to you by e-mail or any other electronic or non-electronic means. Therefore, any claim for return/refund arising from such differences will NOT be entertained.

How are the paintings packed and shipped?

The painting will be packed depending on whether it’s on canvas or on a wooden board. It might be rolled up and shipped in tubes, or stretched and packed in boxes. We reserve sole discretion in the packing and shipping methods.

Are custom duties and import fees included in the price?

No. We are not responsible for any custom duty or import fee that might be levied upon you. Any custom duty or related fees and taxes incurred are your sole responsibility.

Personal Information

Please ensure all required information are given correctly and accurately. We are not responsible for any lost shipment of artwork, late arrival or non-arrival due to incorrect shipping address or lack of contact number (for your local postal service to liaise with you).

We hate spams and we will never spam you. All personal information given to us will be held in the strictest confidence. We will never divulge such information to anyone except third parties necessary to effect the sales transaction and the delivery process of the art work to our customers.

Other Information

Any painting purchased from us comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist herself.

Please also note that frames are not included. We do not supply or provide frames for the paintings.
